Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

• Product is in unopened and original packaging
• Product is damaged or defective
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product quality does not match description

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened food products (dry fish, coffee, spices)
• Products without original packaging
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery:

Step 2: Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide:

• Return authorization number
• Return shipping address
• Instructions for packaging

Step 3: Ship the Product

Pack the product securely in original packaging and ship to the provided address. Return shipping charges:

• Defective/wrong products: We cover shipping
• Change of mind: Customer covers shipping

Step 4: Quality Check

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it within 2-3 business days.

Step 5: Refund Processing

If approved, refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

• Online payments: Refunded to source (card/UPI/wallet)
• Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer (provide account details)

Refund Timeline

• Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
• Net Banking: 7-10 business days
• UPI/Wallets: 5-7 business days
• Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange:

• Return the product for a refund
• Place a new order for the desired product

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Take photos of the product and packaging
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will arrange for free return pickup
• Full refund or replacement will be provided

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled:

• Before shipping: Full refund
• After shipping: Return policy applies
• Contact us immediately to request cancellation
