Accepted Payment Methods

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay when you receive your order at your doorstep. COD is available for orders across India. A nominal COD handling fee may apply.

Payment Security

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successful, you will receive:

• Instant order confirmation on screen
• Order confirmation email with order details
• SMS with order number
• Expected delivery date information

Payment Failures

If your payment fails:

• Check your internet connection
• Verify card details are correct
• Ensure sufficient balance/credit limit
• Try an alternative payment method
• Contact your bank if issues persist

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled or returned orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST. The final amount includes:

• Product price
• GST (18% or as applicable)
• Shipping charges (free above ₹999)
• Any applicable discounts
